This adapter is designed for use with ibidi Sticky-Slide imaging chambers. The top bars can be screwed into the bottom adapter using 1/4-20 screws to secure the chamber and tissue. The current protocol involves carefully removing the sticky bottom of the imaging chamber and using a small layer of vacuum grease to allow for re-use of the chamber. All pieces can be cleaned using water and 70% ethanol.
