We've rolled out a new and improved workflow system — including new file format support, improved rendering, better texture handling, and more. All entries have been reprocessed to take advantage of these updates.
What This Means For Your Entries:
- All existing entries have been automatically reprocessed under the new workflows, generating updated versions of your files.
- DOI version numbers have been incremented to reflect the new output files.
- If your entry appears unchanged, this may mean your molecular data file wasn't recognized by the newest version of ChimeraX. Your original entry remains intact and available — please reach out to our support team if you'd like assistance.
- If mesh repair is enabled on your entry, please check your outputs, as results may differ under the new system. We may have manually disabled repair for entries where it produced poor results, in which case your files reflect the original uploaded geometry.
