Smaller 75% scale version of our flexible kit for the construction of DNA triplex and duplex models based on the 1BWG and 1BNA structures. Engineered connectors provide robustness, but allow for easy disassembly and reconfiguration of DNA systems. These parts feature connectors that enable both Watson-Crick-Franklin (WCF) and Hoogsteen base pairing.

We recommend that stacks of parts should be printed using sintered nylon processes. The triplex can be formed by first assembling a duplex and thereafter hybridizing the triplex strand in the major groove of the duplex.
