Description
Flexible kit for the construction of G-quadruplex DNA model based on the 139D structure. Engineered connectors provide robustness, but allow for easy disassembly and reconfiguration of DNA systems. These parts feature connectors that enable both Watson-Crick-Franklin (WCF) and Hoogsteen base pairing.
We recommend that stacks of parts should be printed using sintered nylon processes. The G-quadruplex built two different ways: (1) tetrads can be formed and then stacked or (2) ssDNA oligomers can be formed and then hybridized together to form the Q-quadruplex structure.
