Description

Attachment for Olympus objective XLUMPLFLN20XW allowing use of an immersion objective and flow-through setup while imaging a mouse eye/cornea in vivo. Tap larger holes with a 10-32 tap to attached barbed fittings and allow use with tubing. Tap smaller holes for set screws to secure to objective. Use something hydrophobic like petroleum jelly to seal any extra space around the mouse eye (without getting it into the eye).
