Description
Chamber for flow-through experiments with an enucleated mouse globe while imaging with an inverted microscope. Print with an SLA-style printer and post process so that the channels are clear. Glue a microscope coverslip to the bottom such that a complete seal is achieved. Tap the holes on the ends with a 10-32 tap (if desired) and screw is plastic barbed fittings of a desired size. Attach to flow-through setup. Secure globe in chamber with something like WPI Kwik-Sil. From paper: https://doi.org/10.1167/iovs.61.13.10
