Description

This 6x4 laboratory rack allows for easy stacking on bench shelves, refrigerators, and freezers. The sides are equivalent to those of our 50 mL stackable rack allowing for easy swapping between the two models. The rack is designed so that most standard 15 mL tubes (with caps installed) sit comfortably beneath the eves of the sides. The depth of most -80 freezers can accommodate three of these racks in a line.

The modular nature of this model also allows it to be used for other purposes. Remove the top and bottom shelf to create a sonicator bath tube holder or place the shelves in ice buckets to keep samples straight.

Modeler: Brian Chlouber and Suraj Chandramouli
