This is a 3D printable model of an insert adapted to 6-well plate format. This is a single piece insert which fits into the 6 wells. Such insert is not commercially available for this plate format, only inserts for single well exist. In our lab, this insert is used to culture schistosome worms in bulk. The insert helps changing media efficiently before, during, and after drug exposure over several days.

This 6-well plate insert was designed using Corning Costar plate. The insert can probably be adapted to other plate models with small adjustments.
