Description

These are tools to aid in sorting vials from a random orientation into an organized array.

- tilt table that receives the trays with vials in random orientations that sits on a vibratory table and has lanes to organize the vials and spread them out to match the pitch of the final destination

- scooper tools to grab one or more rows of vials at a time from tilt table to be relocated to organized array

- weighted plow tool that acts as both a spatula and a weighted car to keep pressure on the vials when a hand or external force is removed

BOM for tilt table:

- table sorting lanes and perimeter walls

- base tilting wedge

- structural reinforcing fins

- 1/4" acrylic sheet - laser cut the table base .dxf file

- 3/32" ptfe sheet - laser cut for the insert

- 4x 608 bearings

- 8mm rod ~12" long

Assembly:

- glue or solvent weld acrylic sheet to sorting lanes and perimeter walls, and the support fins to go underneath

- slide in ptfe insert sheet

- install bearings on bottom of table and reinforcing fins

- slide 8mm rod to be axle for tilt table assembled onto the base wedge
