This centrifuge spin adapter was designed to be used for media removal from 384-well plates in the protocol outline by Maher et al. 2021 (in preparation). The adapter is confirmed to fit Greiner Bio-One 384 Well Plates (Catalog #784261) but may also fit others. Original adapter was CNC machined from aluminum, but a 3D-printed version in PLA was shown to fit the above mentioned plates properly (higher temperature range for material, reduced cooling fan speed and 100% infill is suggested to improve water-tight sealing if 3D printed).
