Description

HIV integrase with Dolutegravir bound was built in ChimeraX from PDB 6U8Q. To help orient to the host DNA binding region, Ser119 was colored as it is reported to be an important residue for host DNA binding.

The FBX version of this file was used in the PathogenAR application.  It is NOT 3D Printable

Other versions were uploaded to satisfy 3D print exchange upload requirements.  They are also NOT 3D Printable.

A 3D Printable version is available here: https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-015447
