Description

HIV Protease with Saquinivir bound was built in ChimeraX from PDB 3OXC. PDB 1KJG was aligned to 3OXC using the mmaker function, and the protease structure from 3OXC was kept.  The active site was defined as amino acids 25-27 in each monomer.

This entry contains a .FBX used in the PathogenAR application with both peptide-bound and Saquinivir-bound surface and ribbon representations.  THIS IS NOT 3D Printable.

All other formats were generated for 3D print exchange submission requirements and are also NOT 3D PRINTABLE.
