Description

This SARS-CoV-2 Spike (S) protein in the open conformation is bound to an antibody fragment to illustrate how antibodies can interfere with S protein's ability to bind ACE2.

The antibody structure was added to the scene using data from PDB 6XCM.  The RBD from this model was aligned to the open RBD from PDB 6VSB_1_1_1 (http://www.charmm-gui.org/?doc=archive&lib=covid19).

There are two versions:

1)FBX version used in the application (not 3D Printable)

2) Other versions 3D Printable and for 3DPX viewer.
