Description

PDB 6VXX 1_1_1 from http://www.charmm-gui.org/?doc=archive&lib=covid19.

Open SARS-CoV-2 Spike S Protein embedded in membrane.  The S1 subunit is in Red and the S2 subunit is in orange.  Computed regions (see https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jpcb.0c04553?goto=supporting-info) are shown in a paler color.

This model was created for the SARS-CoV-2 module of PathogenAR.  There are 2 versions:

1)FBX - this is a NON printable version that is UV mapped and was used in the application directly.  Texture maps are included with the image files: AO (ambient occlusion), TM (diffuse), merged TM and AO (TMAO) - used for Unity development.

2) Printable - the printable version has feet attached to the membrane base for balance.  Note - the neck of the spike protein is quite thin, so if 3D printing, choose your material and scale accordingly.
