Description

This design is meant for mass producing a shoe cover. We recommend making this from SMS materials( a laminate of  of spunbond, melt blown and spunbond polypropylene) or from coated polypropylene. SMS provides low amounts of fluid contact. Heavy SMS may be appropriate for moderate contact with fluids

  1. Apply texture/grip to the fabric
  2. Stitch 11.75” unstretched elastic to the Ankle side.
  3. Stitch the Heel/bottom of the bootie seam including 14.5” unstretched elastic.
