Model of yeast phenylalanine transfer RNA from 1TRA.pdb as balls and sticks. The H bonds between base pairs are highlighted. Great for discussing the structure of nucleotides and base pairing in RNA. I made this to use it for teaching Biochemistry and Structural Biology. Difficult to print on a single extruder printer due to extensive support required.
