Description

The KC Mask is an easily manufactured 3D printed reusable N95 mask alternative. Other than 3 printed parts (one of which is used for multiple masks), it only requires a 3”x 3” square of N95 rated filter material (Filti, Halyard Sterile Wrap), a small amount of FlexSeal or similar rubberized sealant, and some elastic. The design was intended for use in the Kansas City metropolitan area and has been fit tested and approved at Truman Medical Center.
