Description

Source file located on https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013830

This .gcode file with 3 units of the DtM v4 is for a 1mm nozzle and will print in 3 hours and 45 minutes.

52g of filament per unit will be extruded, and 155 for every 3-piece set printed

Layer height is .7mm and line width is 2.1mm this is the ideal setting for this nozzle diameter.

Print temp is 229-228 Degrees C for increased rigidity

No brim required

Heated bed starts at 74 Degrees C and drops to 45 for energy efficiency

Trimmed .3mm off the bottom for improved build of the strap hooks

Probably one of the most efficient remixes...
