A semi-permanent half mask respirator that can be equipped with N95 filter media.  The design can be produced using injection molding (with Metal Additive Manufacturing tooling) for high rated production or produced via Fused Deposition Modeling for point of need production.  In addition, alternate melt blown Polypropylene filter media that is commercially available has demonstrated performance consistent with FDA guidelines for Liquid Barrier Protection (ASTM F1862), Biocompatibility (21 CFR 878.4040), Flammability (16 CFR 1610) and filtration performance (42 CFR 84).    Creator accepts no liability for issues resulting from design, production or use of designs.
