Description

3D print files for chains A and B of the archaeal group II chaperonin from T. acidophilum using the crystal structure 1A6D available at PBD. The PBD structure was formatted in Chimera to generate a space fill model of each chain. By 3D-printing 8 print of each chain, one can assemble the full thermosome protein structure. The STL files are named with "_A" and "_B" for the A and B chains respectively. gcode files are provided for Prusa i3 MK3 printers to print 8 of each chain in one print run. Note that the STL file is scaled to 50% in these gcode files.
