Description

A group of friends (Chee Tiong, David Chen and myself) got together as we wanted to design something that could help our healthcare workers and frontline people to better store their N95 when they are having their breaks, meal times or even when going to the toilet. The inspiration came from this -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xFXS2vGKg0. This is probably more useful for those in less risky environment but still wearing the N95. As can be seen from the video, people are using tupperware or plastic bags to store their N95 during mealtimes for example.

This design allows for safe handling of the mask - you do not have to touch the inside or outside of the mask when keeping it or when putting it on. Dont worry if the mask protrudes a little as the mask cover will push it in, while allowing for some airflow. The inside of the mask is kept clean with the mask cover. For added protection, an outer shell is provided to ensure that an individual will not need to touch even the straps after washing their hands. Just make sure that the container is disinfected after each use with UV lights or alcohol wipe.

You can find more details and video here - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4320754

If your healthcare workers find it useful, galvanise the 3D printing community to produce this for them. Pls do it for free. Enjoy:)
