Description

This is an updated version of a Surgical Mask Tension Release Band that works for people with short hair and doesn't slide down. The need for this was discovered from feedback on this existing tension release band: https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013410 This updated design uses two narrow bands to create a more effective cradle for the back of the head. It is adjustable to fit different sizes using a print-in-place hinged latch.

Step 4: Align 2nd strap
Step 1: Parts as printed
Step 5: Close latch on second strap
Step 6: Wear with a mask! (Cloth mask shown for context)
Step 3: Close latch on first strap
Step 2: Align first strap
