Description
This is a face shield (PPE) that implements following design considerations.
- Front plastic sheet attaches inside.
- Top cover sheet attaches outside, making "eaves".
This design prevents droplets coming from the top to enter the inside (dangerous) more effectively than traditional designs that attach the sheet outside.
- This design doesn't print tall parts like a built-in top cover, i.e. it prints relatively fast (70 min with stock Prusa MK3S, 0.3mm layer height). Plus, top cover doesn't break easily with horizontal pressure applied, i.e. assembly is easy.
- Small printer friendly (Makebot / FlashForge / QIDI).
- Front sheet is compatible with "Sweden" 3DVERKSTAN visor North America 6-hole version.
