Description

Optimized for 3D printing with HP Multi Jet Fusion Technology (MJF), this designed for additive manufacturing face shield frame prints in a compact geometry for maximum efficiency. Prints approximately 290 parts in a full MJF build or 145 parts in a half MJF build.

Frame attaches to two types of plastic shields (standard and crowned). Part assembles into the 3D shape by placing the face shield on the pins, connecting the headband, and then adjusting the back strap to fit user’s head.

Designs for both the 3 and 4 Post Frame are included in the download. The design for the 3 Post Frame is preferred, as HP has secured large quantities of the shield material for this hole pattern. We included the 4 Post design as there may be 4 Post Shields already available in your area.
