Description

This device that will reduce the pressure on users ears when wearing elastic banded face masks.  It is designed to be made on a low-power CNC laser cutter like the Emblaser 4 watt.  It is designed to be made from 1/32" thick acetal which can be sterilized and is non-porous.  32 pieces can be cut from a 12" X 12" piece of raw material.
