I have 3D printed and donated over 250 units of his design. The healthcare workers that have used the tension release bands provided feedback that it would be better if the design was longer so it would not pull on the mask as much. I made the center part of the tension release band 35mm longer than the original design. This significantly reduces the tension on the mask.
