Description

This 3D printed respirator mask is fexible for an air-tight seal and can be used with a variety of filter media, including MERV or HEPA non-woven filters. We developed this file at OESH Shoes to work with our elastomeric pellet printers, but  it is easy to print the same design with flexible TPE filament using a standard filament 3D printer. There are three sizes of the mask for optimal fit, and the cap and insert pieces are interchangable between sizes.
