This 3D printable headband with integral flexible browband is optimized for print time. This headband design incorporates continuous surfaces, reducing breakage points and hard edges. When assembled with shields, it can provide full face and head protection for workers facing PPE (personal Protection equipment) supply shortage. The flexible browband, in combination with the integrated cinch, comfortably secures the headband using any available cord.
