Description

This is a design for a simplified face shield. This assembly can use either an elastic band or a string with a slider bead. the shield can be made from an 8-1/2x11 clear plastic with 3 holes punched by a standard US 3 hole punch. design is meant to print fast and to allow multiple nesting for greater efficiency and cost reduction. We used it for non-clinical use and for the shield we used overhead tranparency and for the string we used shoe lace. As time passes, elastic band, clear plastic etc has been very hard to procure, this allows options to still make a low cost shield for protection.
