Description

First..

This design is not meant to be additively (3D Printed) grown.

This is a solution for other Mfg. processes.

The design is set up for vacuum a formed shell and laser cut filter area.

My hope is that this will allow production of a solution (once approved) that is capable of units in the 100's per hour verses 10's.

Please understand my purpose. My target is speed once the areas of production are completed.

To complete:

The user would need to CNC a male form to create the mask shell. Having the ability to vacuum form ABS or PolyCarb sheets. The user would also be able to successfully trim blanks.

The user would also have need to have access to a laser cutter capable of cutting 1/8th Acrylic, the ability to solvent weld/glue the filter area to the shell.

At the very least my hope is that this will open the eyes of a few to new ways to solve this problem.

Sincerely

Jonathan Ries.
