Protective mask, designed to protect healthcare personnel from splashes that represent one of the most effective vectors compared to coronavirus infection.
Product composition and assembly
The kit consists of 3 components:
1) Plexiglass protective visor;
2) Frame made of PLA (polylactic acid) by 3D printing;
3) Fixing tape.
The assembly is carried out by coupling the slots of the visor with the sliders of the frame (phase 1-2). The visor is slid until you hear the click of the limit switch (phase 2-3).

Dimensions
The product is offered in two different sizes: "small", "medium". In order for both versions to be suitable for a wide audience of users, they have been sized on values of the head circumference around the 50th male and female percentile of an adult.
Materials
Plexiglass: 0.68 mm thick
PLA: poly lactic acid, BIO material. Max. Temperature operating: 60 ° C. The frame design has been optimized to reduce print time down to around 2h.
