Product description
Protective mask, designed to protect healthcare personnel from splashes that represent one of the most effective vectors compared to coronavirus infection.

Product composition and assembly
  
The kit consists of 3 components:
1) Plexiglass protective visor;
2) Frame made of PLA (polylactic acid) by 3D printing;
3) Fixing tape.
The assembly is carried out by coupling the slots of the visor with the sliders of the frame (phase 1-2). The visor is slid until you hear the click of the limit switch (phase 2-3).

Dimensions
The product is offered in two different sizes: "small", "medium". In order for both versions to be suitable for a wide audience of users, they have been sized on values ​​of the head circumference around the 50th male and female percentile of an adult.


Materials
Plexiglass: 0.68 mm thick
PLA: poly lactic acid, BIO material. Max. Temperature operating: 60 ° C. The frame design has been optimized to reduce print time down to around 2h.
