Description

*UPDATED* Simple and disposable bone shaped mask strap to relieve pressure on the ears.  Quick to print at 1.5mm thick and semi flexible with PETG filament.  STL file contains single strap to allow for easier placement on the print bed when printing multiple pieces at once.  Design updates listed below.

  • Increased thickness to 1.5mm
  • Added 1mm bevel/fillet to one side to allow for easier removal from build plate
  • Added .gcode for singe and multiple prints on Prusa i3 MK3S and .3mf / .dxf files

  • Nozzle 0.6mm
  • 0% infill
  • Layer height: 0.3mm (First layer: 0.2mm)
  • Extrusion width: 0.8mm
  • Perimeters: 5

Filament used

  • OVERTURE PETG Transparent 1.75mm
  • First layer: 250C
  • Other layers: 245C
  • Bed Temp: 90C
  • On a 210 x 210 mm build plate I was able to fit 24 straps
