Description

This was designed in conjunction with healthcare professionals as a disposable face shield. The structural frame is 3D printed and the lenses are 9" x 12" panels of .04"- .06" PETG. Closed cell 3M 3/4" x 1/8" foam is used as padding and a 7" x 1/8" non latex elastic is used for the head band. This was designed to adhere to hospital requirement as closesly as possible  while also able to be put together with readily available materials. The digital STL file can also be reduced by 10% and used with smaller sheet of PETG or similar material as eye protection.
