This is a 3D FDM printed face shield design focusing on print speed, ease of use, and comfort.

Features a highly flexible headband with curved cross section to relieve pressure points and allow longer continuous use.

A design variant with improved top coverage is in the works.

The screen hole pattern is 4 holes with 4.25 inch spacing which is easily made with a standard US 3-hole punch. The 4-hole pattern gives the visor greater integrity and a wide horizontal coverage area.
