The 3D Systems face shield frame is designed as a two part 3D printed solution for needed face shield PPE.  The parts are designed to minimize material usage and maximize build density for high volume quantities using SLS technology in a biocompatible nylon material.  The face shield frame can be quickly assembled with an elastic strap and clear plastic material to help protect the users eyes and face from debris and particulate and is intended to be used in conjunction with recommended PPE.  The 3D Systems face shield frame has retention tabs that will hook standard headwear like surgical bonnets and bouffants.  The face shield can be disassembled for cleaning and disinfection.  The material is able to withstand standard autoclave temperatures and cycles.  Included with download are the part files, the required clear plastic design in dxf.  Instructions for printing and assembly can be found here: https://www.3dsystems.com/documents/3d-printed-face-shield-frame-brochure
