A stage insert for the Prior Stage on an Olympus IX81 automated microscope. This replaces the existing stage insert (for slides or plates). The print was made on an ultimaker 3 extended printer.

The 4 corner holes need to be tapped for M3 grub screws or machine screws for levelling. (Note: corner holes are 3mm in diameter in the CAD model, not 2.5mm (normal for subsequent tapping to M3) but due to limitations of filament extrusion printing, will take a tap to produce an M3 thread. If having this made by CNC milling, these holes should be respecified as 2.5mm diameter to take an M3 tap).
