Plate Holder (Platebuddy) for Abegne AB-0862 deepwell storage plates especially for use with Beckman Biomek FX/NXP automated liquid handlers. The platebuddy allows for use with grippers available on the plate handlers allowing the user to move around the plates on the instrument deck. This design is additionally compatible with Thermofisher Cytomats. The design also works with plates with damaged skirts and will hold them in place to avoid errors in pipetting.
