This set of files is to produce a vapor condenser.  There are five vapor tubes that tie together to one inlet port via a hollow section inside the lid.

 

There are two holes in the side of the base unit to allow for coolant inlet/outlet ports, files for printable inlet/outlets are included, the holes can also be tapped for standard hardware.

 

The design is coded parametrically, by changing variables at the top of each file it is possible to size it to your needs, just be sure to all variables match if any changes are made.

 

This design also looks blocky, which is intentional.  I do not have the best of printers to produce this, and mine still gives me issues now and then.
Because of this, this was designed with the intent of keeping geometry as simple as possible to keep the print as easy as it can possibly be.

 

Everything included is still a work in progress and may be subject to change.  This is still in the prototype stage.

 

At a cost of $20/kg, this cost me $2.69 to print at 25% infill, realistically this should stay under $3-$4 if within reason.

To build this, print two coolant ports, and one of every other part.  The coolant ports insert into the holes in the side of the base and are epoxied/RTV'd in place for this design.  The vapor inlet port attaches to the lid in a similar fashion, and the lid can either be affixed permanently, or used with a gasket/O-ring to provide the final seal.

 

Within the scad files, is commented out code that originally made use of the extra space by adding more vapor tubes.  If needed for your application, this code can be un-commented and with some minor tweaking, applied to the lid to add more pipes.  For the purpose of creating a physical prototype under time constraints these have been commented out for now to reduce the amount of time spent getting tolerances to stack up correctly.
