This is an optogenetic implant alignment jig. It is sized for 2.5mm diameter ferrules. After placing the optic fiber through the ferrule opening, the fiber will stay centered with respect to the ferrule via the grooved lane. A heavy duty epoxy can then be used to adhere the optic fiber in the ferrule.
