The model is parametric. Size of atoms and bonds can be modified to suit your needs by modifying the OpenSCAD script. I created the model by printing only the spheres and using barbecue sticks and sticks from cotton swabs as rods. By changing parameters in the OpenSCAD script you can use any rods you want. STL-file also uploaded for the whole unit cell.
