Description

Custom shipping container to allow a rat brain to be frozen and shipped while maintaining the integrety of its shape.  This allows the organ to be sliced and photographed under a microscope with little deformation or distortion.  The model was made by scaning a rat kidney with a David SLS-2 3D scanner, then using that image with TinkerCad online CAD software to create the case.  If printed with a lfexible filament, such as NinjaFlex, the mold can be twisted  for easy removal of the frozen organ.
