Description

These .stl files contain the parts described in the paper publlished in Structure entitled "A Self-Assisting Protein Folding Model for Teaching Structural Molecular Biology.  Some of the parts contain built-in ball and socket joints tunnels and other tight spaces and will need to be printed by a method that allows complete removal of support material.  Multiple copies of each of these parts will be necessary to construct a polypeptide chain and will need to be assembled using elastic monofilament and aumented with magnetic discs, as described in the paper.
