Description

Attached files separate_top.zip and separate_bottom.zip were half sliced models. But there were n-gons and their sizes were different. I'm sorry for that.

I updated those models and I hope they are fine now.

I've made my application more 3D printer compatible.

It can extrude residue information so that you can use it for mono color 3D printer.

Its original function is make colorful textures for surface models.

Please check introduction page.

The 3D geometry was generated by EDTSurf ( http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/EDTSurf/ ).

The atom coordinates were from 3ZSJ ( http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=3zsj ).
