Design (Inventor parts and assemblies) and print (.STL) files for a ring to provide gas to a finch wiht a straight (1/16) fit.
Adapter to a luer fitting (1/8).

To make a tighter seal and (further) prevent leaking of gas, you can wrap the ring with an elastic membrane (a finger of a latex glove, for instance), and cut wholes to fit the beak of the animal through it.
