This is a simple perfusion chamber for microscopy. It is sized to fit in a 35 mm Mattek dish with 14 m glass diameter, for example Mattek catalog # P35G-1.5-14-C.
The top holes are sized to fit 20-200uL pipette tips. Once in the dish, the chamber can be filled with ~1 mL buffer or media.
