This is a specialized centerpiece for analytical ultracentrifugation with fluorescence detection.  It features a short solution column, self-sealing gasket on the top surface, and venting holes for easier filling.  The height of the centerpiece is higher than standard centerpieces, such that no bottom window is needed.  The OpenSCAD code has some parameters that allow further customization.
