2-year-old female with history of d-transposition of the great vessels with discontinuous pulmonary arteries, VSD and prior history of left BT shunt and bilateral pulmonary arterioplasty with branch PS. S/P Rastelli procedure, TVR, persistent swiss cheese type VSD.

 

Learning Points This model was used to surgically plan approach for complex VSD repair. The extracted wedge allowed window near anticipated surgical entry point.
