Description

This bracket is part of a set of 3D printable parts that help with the improvement of an open source salt spray chamber. It uses 59grams (~$0.02) of plastic. Currently the insulation is being held around the salt fog chamber via 20 gauge poultry netting ($23.24) and a ratchet strap ($7.99). These expenses were determined by Grainger . The current assembly replaces both ratchet strap and netting. The device will support the insulation at the top of the chamber by bolt through the insulation and into the other side of the bracket. The bottom section of the insulation will be supported similarly. The bracket will be glued to the outside of the chamber. There will be a total of 24 brackets around the side of the salt fog chamber.
