Subcortical brain structures derived from an FSL5.0 (FIRST) segmentation of a T1 weighted anatomical MRI scan.

It includes: bilateral hippocampus, amygdala, thalamus, nucleus accumbens, caudate, pallidum, putamen and the brainstem.

On request, individual parts (i.e. hippocampus only) of the whole complex can be uploaded.
